Shipping Information & Delivery Times
After full payment of a completed order, the goods, if in stock, will be shipped immediately. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Our orders are shipped with the following shipping providers:
Deutsche Post and DHL. For deliveries within Germany, a flat shipping fee of €2.50 including VAT per delivery applies. Costs for deliveries to addresses on German islands may vary. We also deliver to addresses within the EU, with a flat shipping fee of €4.99 including VAT per delivery. For deliveries outside the EU, a flat shipping fee of €6.99 including VAT per delivery applies. For cross-border deliveries outside the EU, additional taxes and/or charges, including customs duties, may apply, which are to be borne by the customer. Please inquire with the relevant customs authorities in your country in advance. The regular delivery time after shipping is 2-4 business days. Delivery times to addresses outside of Germany may vary.
NOTE: Due to current restrictions in postal and parcel services, there may be delays in delivery.

Payment Information
You can currently choose from the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer You pay for the goods in advance by bank transfer. Immediately after completing your order, you will receive an email with an overview of all ordered goods as well as information about our bank details and payment processing. If the goods are available for immediate delivery, we will ship them as soon as we receive your payment.
PayPal Express Checkout You pay for the goods through the Express Checkout button of the payment service provider PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal website before completing your order, where you can enter your delivery address. After confirming the payment via PayPal, you will be redirected back to the order overview on our website to confirm and complete the purchase.
